Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your skin and your results, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all products. Items must be at least half full to be eligible for a refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific skincare products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
